Jamie Martin
Head Coach
Coach Jamie brings a lifelong passion for softball and many seasons of coaching experience to the field. Having played the game throughout her youth, she understands firsthand the dedication, discipline, and teamwork required to succeed both on and off the diamond. While Jamie loves the competitive side of the game, her primary focus is helping players reach their personal potential in a positive, supportive environment. She believes that a great season is built on hard work, mutual accountability, and a team-first mindset. For Jamie, the most rewarding part of coaching is watching young athletes grow into confident, resilient individuals. Her goal is to instill a lasting love for the game while teaching the foundational skills, work ethic, and character that players will carry with them long after they step off the field.
Aaron Joy
Assistant Coach
Coach Aaron has spent the past several years coaching 12U and 14U youth softball with Round Rock Sertoma. His passion for the game began at an early age playing baseball, where he first learned to appreciate the teamwork, healthy competition, and life lessons that sports provide. On the field, Aaron focuses on building solid fundamentals and personal confidence within a positive, engaging environment. He believes in helping athletes grow not just as players, but as supportive teammates and young leaders. Aaron takes pride in fostering a team culture built on effort and sportsmanship. His ultimate goal is to instill a genuine love for the game while giving every player the tools and opportunity to develop their skills and move on to the next level.
